A haven for RV travelers
Lazy "L" RV Park Resort combines modern comfort with a rural Texas feel. Conveniently located in Sherman, Texas on Hwy 75, we're close to the action at Lake Texoma and next door to Camping World.
Pull in, hook up, and feel at home. There are 97 sites in total, 46 with 50 amp service and 51 with 30 amp, and every site has water, sewer, electric and WiFi. The main building houses the laundry room, showers, our on-site store and the group clubhouse. The pool is open through the summer.
Spend your weekend fishing or boating on Lake Texoma, catch a show downtown, or just relax under the trees. Pets are welcome, and wherever you go, they're welcome to come along.

Bring the whole club
Our grounds and RV group discounts make Lazy "L" a natural home for rallies and other RV events. We can accommodate groups of 10 to 75 people and offer group package deals for groups of all sizes.
Need a hand with the details? We can help plan activities, catering, entertainment and off-site excursions so your group can focus on enjoying the trip.
Popular group stays include family reunions, club rallies, guys' weekends and group outings to Lake Texoma.
Group reservations can't be made online. Please call us to book.
Pet-friendly, with a few house rules
Pets are welcome at Lazy "L". We know they're part of the family. We just ask that you follow these rules so everyone, two-legged and four-legged, enjoys their stay.
Pet rules
- Limit of 2 pets per site.
- Please pick up after your pets.
- Pets may not be left outside when you're away from your campsite.
- Pets must be on a leash no longer than six feet.
- Pets are not allowed in the buildings, pool area or playground area.
A note on stays
- Pets are welcome on daily, weekly and monthly stays.
- Have more than two pets or a special situation? Call us before booking and we'll talk it through.
- Please keep your pets' vaccinations current and bring records when traveling.
Keeping the park a good neighbor
Simple courtesies that keep Lazy "L" quiet, clean and safe for every guest.
Around the park
- Please observe posted speed limits and watch for children and pets.
- Keep your site tidy. Please don't let trash or belongings spread beyond your site.
- Be considerate of your neighbors with noise, especially late at night and early in the morning.
- RV washing is allowed only in the designated area ($10). See rates.
- Use of the RV dump station is $15.
Swimming pool
- Pool hours are 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, summer season only.
- No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
- Swimsuits only. No cutoffs or swimming in street clothes.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Please dry off before entering the restrooms, store, laundry or clubhouse.
- No glass in the pool area. Please use ashtrays and empty them when you leave.
Reservations & stays
- Daily rates are plus tax. Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Monthly and group reservations cannot be made online. All monthlies must be approved by a manager.
- Extra person charges apply (no charge for children under 6). See rates.

Pets
- Limit of 2 pets per site, leashed (six feet or shorter), and never left outside unattended.
