We're conveniently located right on Hwy 75 in Sherman, Texas, next to Camping World and just a short drive from the action at Lake Texoma. The site rate includes electricity, WiFi, water and sewer, and every site has 50 or 30 amp service.
Our amenities include a laundry facility in the main building with 4 washers and 6 dryers, clean showers, a group clubhouse, an on-site store, and a pool that's open through the summer. We also have a night host available for any after-hours questions.

Monthly sites go quickly in the cooler months. Give us a call ahead of time to check availability, and we'll do our best to have a spot ready for you. Monthly stays are approved by a manager and can't be booked online, so the phone is the fastest way to lock one in.
